RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order in the e-shop, we will accept returns or exchanges that are new, unused and with the original ROSME price tags. Returned or exchanged goods must not be washed, dirty or show signs of wear. However, if for any reason you wish to return the goods, you may do so within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Free ways of returning goods:

1. If the order was received by Omniva:

- A return code will be sent to you together with a text message about the order delivered; 

- You can use the return code in your parcel by selecting the "Return parcel" option.


2. If the order was received by DPD:

- A return code to be used in the Baltic countries will be sent to you with a text message about the delivered order;

- You can use the return code in the DPD parcel;

- To return orders from other countries, apply for a return: https://rmp.dpdgroup.com/033/rosme.


3. Returns can be made at Rosme stores:

IMPORTANT: Returned goods must be accompanied by a withdrawal form!


Return terms and conditions:

- Goods must be returned in their original condition without damage, signs of wear or washing;

- The goods must be accompanied by their original labels;

- The goods must be returned together with a withdrawal form that was sent with the order or can be printed here.

Refunds:

We will refund the money for the returned product within 14 days from the moment you receive a notification that the order has been accepted for return (provided that the returned product corresponds to its original appearance). The payment will be refunded  to your bank account that you used to pay for your purchase.
