Returns

RETURNS

We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you still wish to return an item for any reason, you can do it within 14 days from the day you’ve received it.

1. Free returns with Omniva.

- You will receive Omniva return code in SMS with order’s delivery. 

- You can return parcel in Omniva parcel shop, choosing option “Return parcel”;

- Refusal note must be added to parcel.


2. Free returns with DPD. 

- If you have received order with DPD, you will receive return sticker. 

- Place return sticker on parcel and use any of DPD Pick up points to return parcel;

- Refusal note must be added to parcel.


3. You can make return, by sending it to SIA “NEW ROSME” (customer service), 

18 Hanzas Street, Riga, LV-1045.

Conditions of return:

  • An item should be returned with its appearance unchanged, with no damage or wearing signs;

  • Original labels should be attached to an item;

  • An item should be returned along with a refusal note.

Money refund:

We will refund the cost of your returned item within 14 days from the moment we receive your refusal note (providing the returned item has retained its original appearance). The payment will be refunded  to your credit card or your bank account that you used to pay for your purchase.
